The pitch design was purposefully chosen to match my personal design taste - minimal, clear and simple (Swiss design style). The length of the pitch progressed longer than expected but encapsulated all the script although I did feel it was longer than desired and was unsure if the presentation would keep the audience captivated enough to be interested in the project.
Taking on board peer and audience feedback it was evident that both my intentions and observations were identified and more. However, the feedback also highlighted the delivery of pitch - in length, punchiness and visual dynamism.
This has made me more diligent to focus on the design styles that attract the target audience and note the design concepts that are commonly used by them.
